Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Nimbleframe collects, why it is used, and which providers help deliver the website service.
1. Information we collect
- Business details, contact information, service descriptions, website preferences, and the messages you send us.
- Logos, photographs, and other files you choose to upload.
- Order references, payment status, amount, and transaction identifiers received from Square. Nimbleframe does not receive your full payment-card number.
- Contact requests submitted by visitors through a customer’s generated website, including the visitor’s name, message, and the phone number or email they choose to provide.
- Simple aggregate activity counts for generated websites, such as page views, phone clicks, email clicks, and contact-form submissions. These counts are designed to avoid invasive advertising tracking.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate, diagnose, and protect the service.
2. How we use information
- Save your project, process the order, generate and host your website, provide its private customer portal, and apply the included revision.
- Deliver website contact requests to the relevant business through its private portal and show simple activity totals.
- Record and respond to custom-domain setup requests.
- Send service, support, and annual hosting-renewal communications.
- Prevent fraud, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve Nimbleframe using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
3. Service providers
We use service providers only as needed to operate Nimbleframe. Square processes checkout and renewal invoices. OpenAI processes the business description, category, service area, headline, and service list needed to generate website copy. Hosting and storage providers hold project records and uploaded files.
4. Selling and advertising
Nimbleframe does not sell customers’ personal information. We do not use submitted project content for third-party targeted advertising.
5. Retention
We keep project, order, website, lead, domain-request, and activity information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver and host the service, support customers, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online system can promise absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identity documents through the website brief.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your project. Customers can review their website leads and simple activity totals through their private portal. Some records may need to be retained for payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes. You may decline an annual renewal invoice; no automatic card charge is made.
8. Children
Nimbleframe is a business service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children’s personal information.
9. Contact and updates
Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the Nimbleframe contact form or by calling (862) 428-8558. Material policy changes will be posted with a new effective date.
