Terms of Service

1. The service

Nimbleframe provides a self-service website package that uses the information you submit to generate a mobile-friendly, one-page website in English, Spanish, and Arabic.

• The package includes first-year hosting and one revision.
• The generated website includes a basic contact form, a private customer portal, and simple activity counts. These tools are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to capture every visit, click, or message.
• Custom domains, advertising, advanced SEO, ecommerce, additional pages, and ongoing edits are separate unless expressly included in writing.
• AI-generated text may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing the finished website and requesting the included revision before relying on or promoting it.

2. Your information and content

• You must provide accurate business and contact information.
• You confirm that you own, created, or have permission to use every logo, image, name, statement, and other item you submit.
• You remain responsible for claims about your business, services, licenses, prices, qualifications, and availability.
• You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.

3. Payment and delivery

The price shown at checkout is charged through Square. Automated generation begins after Square confirms a completed payment. Temporary payment, AI, or hosting service delays can affect delivery time.

4. Hosting renewal

Hosting is included for the first year. Before the next year, Square will email a $149 renewal invoice. Renewal is optional and your card is not charged automatically. If the invoice is not paid, hosting may end after the current paid term and reasonable notice.

5. Rights in the finished website

You keep ownership of the content you submit. After full payment, you may use the finished website and generated copy for your business. Nimbleframe retains its rights in the generator, software, reusable templates, systems, and general design methods. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the generator itself.

6. No business-result guarantee

Nimbleframe does not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, income, uninterrupted availability, contact-form delivery, exact analytics counts, or any particular business result. The website is a communication tool; your results depend on factors outside Nimbleframe’s control. Customers should check their private portal regularly and keep their direct phone and email contact information current.

7. Service protection and termination

Nimbleframe may reject or suspend content or use that violates these terms, threatens security, infringes rights, or breaks applicable law. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nimbleframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nimbleframe’s total liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms are governed by New Jersey law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a new effective date.
